So, this week I have been inspired by a tweet I saw….

“Race day – not sure my breakfast is going to stay down”

Full breakfast anyone….race starts in 2 hours?

So does the thought of race day breakfast fill you with dread?  Do you need it, and how best can you avoid the adverse effects and gain the benefits….

I hope my ramblings are of use, but with everything to do with racing remember my previous post (don’t change anything) and find what works best for you in training first!
