Many runners, cyclists and triathletes are turning to resistance training to aim to enhance their performance. At Sportstest we realise the importance of getting the best from you, so today we look at different forms of resistance training that can be applied to training regimen to help you.
We look briefly at modes of bodyweight resistance exercise. How these are simple exercises are done, how they can be helpful, but also what are their shortfalls for cyclists.
