We are pleased to be able to offer several unique health assessments which can be taken as part of your overall training plan or as individual reviews for your personal understanding of your current state of health.
When you regularly suffer from repeat sporting related injuries, it’s time to review your regime. Our sports therapist will assess injuries caused by poor technique or incorrect training plans. With muscular and skeletal reviews, we can treat your injury for faster rehabilitation and advise you on ways to adjust your technique to reduce the risk of a recurrence.

We are proud to be able to support general assessments for those aiming to introduce exercise as part of their overall health and wellbeing plan. This includes appointments with our medically trained specialist and nutritionist.
A full health assessment and nutritional review can provide added insight, helping those with weight issues or illnesses such as diabetes to understand the benefits of introducing gentle exercise such as walking as opposed to high intensity training.
