Using a GPS system to analyse your training and racing data can be really useful, but perhaps you should consider the value of not using it.

So, I am a number man!  I am sure you had guessed.  I use a well known brand of GPS system to track all the training I do.  I race with a GPS system, heart rate monitor and power meter (when cycling), but this week I want you to consider ignoring the numbers!!!
