Are you aware when you are overtraining?

Training is not just about how hard or how frequently you can push yourself.  A huge element of your fitness comes from your ability to recover from training sessions. This balance between training and recovery is very delicate, and it can become very easy to become over-trainined.  But do you know what signs and symptoms you need to be looking for…..

This clearly relates back to my earlier post about checking your resting heart rate, however at a later date I will also go into further detail about the onset and avoidance of over-training.
