Well it was going to be a tip for “Training Tuesday”, but I decided we better make this post on motivation Monday!

10 sleeps until Christmas and many of the athletes I work with struggle to find the time to train with everything that is going on.  But is it really training time that is the issue or is it motivation?

Here are a few of my thoughts on training at this time of year (winter and not just Christmas).

As that has taken less than 4 minutes, you still have time to do some training!
