All manner of funky looking products that come with big, bold promises.
Claims that by simply stepping on the scales, they’ll be able to provide you with an accurate measurement of your body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density, hydration – the works.
Sports Science has come a long way, but honestly:
If I got a set of these scales for Christmas, I’d ask if they kept the receipt.
